This delicate pattern was found in a private dressing room and is named after the eldest son of the Marquis who built the château. A classmate of Napoléon Bonaparte, Auguste was expected to inherit the château but lost his life during the Revolution.

Full roll width is 53cm/21", roll length is 10m, pattern repeat 31.5cm / 12 1/2".
